Threshold Financial Technologies Inc. To Provide ATMs In Major Ontario Grocery Chain

November 21, 2005 – Toronto, Ontario -- Threshold Financial Technologies Inc. (Threshold) has executed an exclusive agreement with The Great Atlantic & Pacific Company of Canada (A&P) for the provision of over 100 ATMs (Automated Teller Machines) into its grocery store locations throughout Ontario, Canada. The locations include A&P, Dominion, The Barn and Ultra Food & Drug. Deployment has already commenced and is expected to be largely complete by first quarter 2006.

Threshold is installing IBM supplied Wincor Nixdorf ATM equipment, with a powerful promotion application resident, allowing cardholders the option to select and receive a valuable product coupon that can be redeemed in the store.
