Vice President, Information Systems

The Vice President, Information Systems is responsible for the strategic management of Threshold's growing Information Systems department ensuring the stability and dependability of integral information systems are maintained, and supervising the on-going technical operation of Threshold's switching and ABM transaction processing infrastructure in order to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.

As an integral member of the Senior Management team, you will participate in developing Threshold's overall business strategy and manage the team of technical professionals responsible for Network Operations, Software Development and Transaction Processing operations. You will also work closely with the business partners architecting leading edge solutions for our clients and implement control measures with respect to compliance with regulatory security, privacy and fraud avoidance measures.

As our successful candidate you offer demonstrable senior management experience within a rapid deployment, mission-critical environment encompassing systems development, IT acquisition, integration and operation, within both centralized and distributed systems. Your management experience is built upon the foundation of a comprehensive understanding of LAN/WAN networking administration within Microsoft and IBM operating system environments, SQL and DB2 databases, .NET application development and financial services transaction processing platforms.
