Cardholder Inquiry Coordinator
The Cardholder Inquiry Coordinator has outstanding customer service skills and is an administrative coordinator with a thorough understanding of accounting principles to provide customer support for financial institution account reconciliation inquiries. The Coordinator is the point of contact for all incoming debit and credit trace requests. You will investigate transactions, process adjustments, and report back to clients and merchants.
The best candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate -- excellent customer service skills, initiative for immediate action, exceptional attention to detail, and extraordinary problem solving and resolution skills. You have at least three years experience in a demanding customer service role working with account reconciliation, some post secondary education and intermediate MS Office skills.
