The Systems Administrator for MS Windows / AIX systems will be responsible for providing outstanding operational support including effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance (including after hours and emergency support) of the Threshold systems hardware and software, and related infrastructure. You will also plan, design, and implement security measures to safeguard access to enterprise computing resources and data elements by setting standards and establishing best practices, conducting risk assessments and performing regular security audits, using a variety of approved methodologies, in test and production environments.

The Manager, Card Products will be responsible for planning and managing the initial delivery of Threshold's card program to approximately 60 financial institutions. You will work with internal departments and key vendors to ensure the successful and timely migration of Threshold's client base to EMV card technology. You will then supervise the future provisioning of this service.

You are an expert in systems design and management, and have experience with the IBM AIX/DB2 platform.

The Customer Service Representatives on our team assess Automated Banking Machine (ABM) problems and co-ordinate the resources required for resolving issues in a timely manner. As the first person many of our customers and suppliers speak to, you will be an Ambassador for our company while maximizing support to ensure the nearly two thousand ABMs on our network are fully functional 100% of the time.

Working closely with the Director, Fraud Solutions, the Fraud Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing the new debit card fraud mitigation strategies used to effectively prevent fraud losses for Threshold's clients. This is a brand new service offering in the initial phase of start-up so your experience implementing sound processes and procedures will be one of the crucial elements you bring to the Fraud Solutions team.
